fouryearstrongmusic:

It’s finally here!! We’ve been hard at work writing, recording, and pouring our hearts into our new album. We’re excited and proud to announce “In Some Way, Shape or Form.” will be available October 11th! We didn’t want to wait any longer in getting new music into your hands so we’re premiering a new song “Stuck In The Middle.” Stay tuned, lots more news about the upcoming album!

Bon Iver’s new video for “Holocene.”

Manchester Orchestra’s new video for “Virgin.”

According to the band, the clip was created by a fan named Ben Disinger originally as a silent film for a school assignment before he realized it synched up with the song; he approached the band at a tour stop in Rochester, New York to show them the result.

“We were skeptical to say the least, but the more he talked about it, the more we were interested in actually seeing this thing,” says band in a statement. “He pulled his laptop out and placed it on the steps to the bus. We were blown away. We put him in touch with our manager and for the last few months he’s been putting the finishing touches to this incredible piece. This is that rare moment when art expands further than first intentions or expectations. Where two different inspirations can coincide to create something better.” (Alt Press)

Valencia have put out a new video for their song “Still Need You Around (Lost Without You)” here.

Attila’s newest song, “Payback.” It’s off their upcoming album, Outlawed, which will be released this summer.

Cage The Elephant - “Around My Head”

Listener’s new video for “Wooden Heart”

We the Kings’ new video for “Friday Is Forever.”

Enter Shikari’s video for their newest song, “Quelle Surprise.”

So this is Victory Records’ latest crowning achievement: Design the Skyline.

If you haven’t already watched this video — don’t. Take our word for it that this band, along with their new record label, are inevitably going to be the downfall of music. I’ve written on the subject before but I constantly feel compelled to say this: stop supporting these bands.

If we didn’t buy in to their shtick, which is obviously shock appeal (because no one in their right mind would sign a band like this thinking they’re capable musicians), then they’ll stop signing them. Bands like Blood on the Dance Floor wouldn’t get a slot on Warped Tour. This genre will die out before it has enough time to grow and appeal to the masses — which, in cases such as these, means people older than 15.
